Add a New Series

Set up a series to generate recurring show instances.
A Series represents a recurring show, e.g. daily or weekly livestream.
Shows will be generated based on the details and frequency you set up in the series. You can then update individual shows as needed with additional details, like guests or episode titles.
To add a series, select Manage Shows from the member menu (profile icon in top-right).
On the Manage Shows page, click the New Series button.
This will open the Add New Series popup.
Basic Information
Default Show Title (baseline name for episodes - you can edit individual names later)
Default Description
Internal notes (optional)
Scheduling
Series Start Date
Default Start Time / End Time
Frequency (Daily, Weekly, etc.)
Select days or months if needed, based on frequency, e.g. multiple days per week
⚠️ Times must be entered in Eastern Time (US/Canada)
Visibility & Status
Default to Active - determines if future shows will be generated
Default to Public - determines if shows will be visible on public calendar when generated
Hosts & Platforms
Select Primary Host (required)
Select additional hosts (optional)
Assign platforms and network associations
Submit
Click Submit to create the series
Admin approval is required on each new series before the system will generate shows
What Happens Next
Once a series is approved, show instances are automatically generated based on the schedule and frequency settings you selected.
If you selected Scheduled as the default status, the shows will appear on the public network calendar.
You can edit individual shows to add additional information like episode titles, guests, and links.
💡 Tip: Set this up carefully to avoid extra work and possible confusion. Your future
episodes will inherit these defaults values.
